Dyslexia
Some of my friends and a number of my ex students in Scotland and Russia have dyslexia. As a result of working with one particular student, who was having problems with the ECDL tests, I did quite a lot of research and started to learn about the difficulties experienced by dyslexic people.
In the future I hope to make this site dyslexic friendly, but the software I need to do that is quite expensive. In the meantime, there are a few freebies that you can put on your own computer. As I find them, I will put links here so that you can decide if they will help your particular circumstances.
Have a look at the Textic website and look at the toolbar along the bottom of the page. I would love to have that on this site, but licences cost £499, which is beyond my reach at the moment. However, they do have a personal option which you can download for a free 30-day trial period. If it helps you can then buy it for £24.99
Please e-mail me with any suggestions.
